These Terms & Conditions apply to all items bought from the Rightlife eStore.  

I. Returns Policy

    1. Eligibility for Returns: Products purchased from Rightlife e-store are eligible for return within the specified return window if they meet any one of the following conditions:
      a) The Product is physically damaged.
      b) The Product has missing parts or accessories.
      c) The Product is defective.
      d) The Product received is different from its description on the product detail page on the Rightlife store.
    2. Return Process: Return will be processed only if the following conditions are met:
      a) It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession.
      b) The product is not materially different from what was originally shipped to you;
      c) The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, intact MRP tag, user manual, warranty card, and all the accessories therein).
    3. Non-Eligibility for Returns: Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including:
      a) Cases of buyer's remorse such as ordering the incorrect model /size or color of product or;
      b) Incorrect product ordered.
    4. Non-Returnable Products: Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned. However, in the unlikely event that a damaged, defective, or wrong/incorrect item is delivered to you, we will provide a full refund post-return. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing a refund. We reserve the right to pick up the product to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing a refund. In case you've received a Non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you may contact us within 7 days of the delivery of the product.
    5. Product Verification for Returns: In order to facilitate a smooth return process and ensure the integrity of returned items, the customer agrees to cooperate with Rightlife in verifying the condition of the product, if necessary. This may include providing photographs or additional information to confirm the state of the item being returned. Failure to cooperate in the verification process may result in delays or refusal of return requests. This will protect both the customer and RightLife in cases where the condition of the returned item is in dispute.
    6. Additional Information: No additional information is required to return an eligible order unless otherwise stated in the category-specific policy.
    7. Misuse of Return Policy:  Rightlife reserves the right to take action, including warning and/or suspending and/or blocking and/or terminating such customer accounts, if it is found that customers misuse the return policy by excessively returning, canceling or not accepting placed orders.
    8. In all cases, decisions taken by Rightlife regarding accepting and processing returns, refund requests would be considered final. 

 

Below are the category-wise return policy & exceptions as applicable. Please note for all the below items, you may contact the customers to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund. We reserve the right to pick up the product to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund.

7 Days Returnable

  • These items are eligible for return, within 7 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you. You may return the product within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Please ensure the item is kept in its original condition, including the outer box or case, user manual, warranty cards, and other accompaniments in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.

Self-Care and Hygiene 

  • Skincare and Haircare
  • Family Nutrition & Superfoods
  • Vitamin and Mineral Supplements: (Core Letter Vitamins, Multi-Vitamins)
  • Health Care Products: Ayurveda Products, Herbal Supplements, Medical Supplies

 

Non-Returnable

  • These items are non-returnable due to the hygiene and consumable nature of the product.
  • However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective, or different items delivered to you, we will provide a full refund post-return.

Clothing, Shoes, and Accessories

7 Day Free Returns & Exchange

  • These items are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. You can exchange this item for a different size/color or return it for a full refund.
  • Please ensure the item is kept in its original condition including the brand outer box, MRP tags attached, warranty cards, and original accessories in the manufacturer’s packaging for a successful refund.
  • In the case of price differences due to the size of the refund, additional payment will be applicable, as needed.

 

Men & Women Innerwear, Men's Vests, Women's Lingerie, Swimwear, Socks & Hosiery

Non-Returnable

  • Items like socks/innerwear are non-returnable due to hygiene conditions. However, in the unlikely event of a damaged, defective or different item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund as applicable.

 

II.  Refund Timelines:

After the returned product is received by the seller and a confirmation of the same is given to Rightlife, refund will be processed to the customer’s account within 7 working days from the confirmation. This timeline also stands for orders that are canceled after payment.

III. Order Cancellations:

RightLife currently does not accept cancellation requests. Any issue with the ordered product can be addressed via return requests. All decisions pertaining to returns, cancellations, and refunds will be at the sole discretion of RightLife.
