Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. This policy ensures that we can process and ship orders as efficiently as possible. However, if you are unsatisfied with the product, you can always return it in line with the return policy.

You can log into your RightLife account to track your order status. After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number along with the name of the shipping partner. Use this tracking number on the shipping partner's website to view the current shipping status of your order. This will provide you with up-to-date information on your shipment’s location and estimated delivery time.

We accept returns on certain products within a specified period, provided they are in their original condition. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed information.

If you return a product due to damage, defects, or dissatisfaction, you can do so within 7 days of delivery. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a full refund. We cover all return shipping costs. Refunds are typically processed immediately after the return is verified, and you should see the amount reflected in your original method of payment within a few business days.

To ensure our customers receive the best possible service and products, Rightlife currently operates with a refund policy rather than offering replacements for orders. Although we don't offer replacements at the moment, we encourage you to explore our latest collection and place a new order for the desired item.
